Shipping and returns

Delivery

GoSave orders start shipping on 30th of September 2019. Depending on where in the world you're based orders take approximately 5-10 business days to deliver. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you'll receive a tracking number.

Satisfaction Gaurantee

If for any reason you don't like your GoSave piggy bank we offer the ability to return for a full refund within 60 days. The only cost of return is the cost of return postage, which varies depending on where you live, but reach out to us at support@gosavehq.com and we'll help you with the process.

If you run into any difficulties with the product at all, or simply want a hand setting it up and getting familiar with the key features feel free to reach out to us at any stage! support@gosavehq.com.

Distribution or partnerships

If you'd like to work together to bring GoSave to your part of the world we're happy to discuss. All distributors and partners are assessed on merit (and in some countries we may already have exclusive agreements) so we can't guarantee the ability to supply all individual partners but we'll endeavour to let you know if we can or can't within the first call.

Customisation

We have the ability to customise GoSave and even create specific characters. For projects like this we charge a small design fee and amortise the tooling costs across the first order. Minimum order quantities for these types of projects apply.

API, SDK & Integration

We're working on a GoSave restful API that partners can use to leverage our capabilities as well as an SDK and can work with you on custom integrations too. For more information about this please contact tech@gosavehq.com.
